Assessing executive learning outcomes required more than a standard test format. Academiadeexecutivos.com wanted its assessments to actively engage participants rather than simply measure them, but building a gamified assessment experience required more than off-the-shelf survey tools.
The organization needed a way to turn assessment scores into a meaningful, interactive experience that reflected each participant’s specific strengths and weaknesses. Without this, results would remain flat data points rather than insights executives could act on.
Delivering this experience also required combining a reliable assessment platform with game development capabilities, a combination not typically found in a single technology partner.
