The Beginning
The Assystant journey began in June 2014, when Holesh Priyankar and Saket Shukla founded Travelder Infosolutions to build software for travel and transport. In 2016 we moved into document parsing and conversational AI, in 2018 into custom software for clients worldwide, and in 2020 we became Assystant. Since 2025 we are a fully AI-native company.
