MVP development for an HRTech Startup lead to seed funding

Intro

The client is a Dubai based HRTech Startup, which is founded by talented business people with global professional education and industry experience. The Startup aims to transform workplace culture by providing insights about how an employee feels about the workplace.

The problem

Like many early-stage startup founders, our client had a clear vision about the business and the problem they are targeting to solve. They also had large enterprise clients waiting to subscribe to the product. However, they did not have an in-house technology team to deliver the solution and run the demo with their prospects. So they engaged Assystant as a technology partner for application development and maintenance.

Our Solution

Our team collaborated with the client to elicit the requirements. We consulted our client to release the project in a phased manner, with the MVP being the first phase. Owing to the time constraint to release the MVP, we devised a strategy to breakdown the project into multiple modules, develop simultaneously with available resources.

OUTCOME

We developed the project on time, and the client was able to onboard the first enterprise client.
The client also raised seed funding for further growth of the startup.
