End-to-end solution for online tutoring client

The client

Our client is one of the leading players in the online tutoring space wherein they are selected as a “Trusted Provider” for the National Tutoring Programme for the third consecutive time. They want to make online tutoring more customized and have a model so that students can get teachers according to their liking and get the best quality of education possible. They have the vision to make the quality and efficiency of online tuition at least equaling or surpassing, face-to-face tuition.

The project

Assystant was tasked to make an end-to-end application for our client so that scribers can report in exams. Our client wanted an application that is efficient, easy to use, reliable, and secure with the data.

The challenge

Creating software for scribers to report on tests poses a number of issues. The application must be user-friendly and simple to use, while simultaneously protecting the confidentiality and security of important exam data. It must also be capable of handling enormous amounts of data in real-time and integrating with existing test systems. Finally, the software must be usable by a wide range of users with varied levels of technical proficiency.

How were we involved?

We were completely involved in developing the application from the ground up. We wanted to understand the business model and design an application that was simple to use. We had to make an application to improve our client’s customer experience and make sure that scribers could report in exams appropriately without any delay or pain so that every student can have better access to education.
